BIOGRAPHY

 

Fashion and art have always been my passion. Born in Veracruz Mexico, I moved to the United States at age 12 with my family while searching for the American Dream. I graduated from Rowan College with a Fashion Design degree, earning Dean's List recognition and an award for Best in Design in 2010.

 

With hard work, determination, and regardless of any obstacles I continued designing, creating, and showcasing ever since, leading me to where I am today, running multiple businesses and doing what I loves most, design.

I draw inspiration from my mixed cultural background to fuel my creativity. At Elizabeth Delgado Designs LLC., we offer a unique designs that harmoniously blends modern chic with authentic Latin design. Each piece is a reflection of my love for both fashion and art, and I’m committed to bringing the best to our customers every day.

My design style is elegant, sophisticated, yet dynamic and daring. I create unique, made-to-measure garments while providing my clients with one of a kind experience from start to finish. My moto is to create a garment that represents every client’s personality while excelling their own beauty, making her be the sensation of any occasion.

My designs have been showcased along the East coast during Fashion Week as well as other events such Hispanics Choice Awards, Miss Dominican Republic, and Ital-Cal Wine Fest.  They also have been featured in multiple magazines, and news channels. I have also sponsored garments for multiple associates such as Fashion for a Cause - Breast Cancer Awareness.

I became a designer because is one of the things that I enjoy doing the most, I love to create and I feel like I can show my passion and personality through fashion. I believe that fashion is a way to express ourselves, it is like a mirror to the soul; everyone has a different style, and that is what makes us unique and beautiful in our own way.
